Canyon Life
Some girlfriends and I went to the U2 concert last weekend. Not my favorite band in the world, but always enjoyable. Lenny Kravitz opened, he was good too. We somehow finagled our way to the very front row, which got us so close we could almost touch Bono. It was pretty rad.
Love summer weather, although we've only had a few days of it. We are gearing up for a busy season, lots of work, lots of changes coming. Next month Brett and I are renewing our vows, something he always planned on doing at our ten year anniversary. I wasn't to keen on the idea, but with the help of friends who like to organize and plan, and knowing that it would be awesome to recommit ourselves to each other in front of our church family, I'm kind of excited that we are doing it. Invitations are out, and we are planning a trip to spend a few days alone. I hadn't planned on turning this into a big deal, but it's kind of turning into one. We'll see how it turns out.
