Canyon Life

James had his 16th birthday one week after mine, he chose to take friends paint balling at Camp Pendleton. Brett took them all, and James' dad Scott met up with them later in the day. I heard it was a fun and painful day. Most of the boys had never paint balled before, they were a little nervous. By the end of the day they were glad they went.

Sweet sixteen? Stinky sixteen.

The week prior was Tyler's first boy scout camp out, Brett helped out with that as well. Tyler had grubmaster duty the whole weekend and was really happy with the way all his meals turned out. It was a long, hard trip, they were beat up by a wind storm at night and ended up sleeping in the truck. Ah, the life of a scout. Here are a few pics of the dunes they climbed.
