Canyon Life

Just got back from camping with our junior high group. Brett and I ran games for the few days we were there. So much fun. This was Matt's first retreat, and despite his non emotional response, I believe he loved it! You never can tell with Matt. This was also Brett's first time serving in the kids ministry, and he was totally in his element. We nicknamed him the "Enforcer" since he wound up being the main disciplinarian to all the kids. He also set up everything, got everyone tucked in with lights out every night, organized activities, you name it. Brett was all over it. We'll do it again for sure next year.

My boss, Rob Biagi leading worship with the students. Rob is a professional performer, look him up. He's fun and the kids love him. We're blessed to have him call our church home.

Ah. This right here was dinner last night. It was my best friends birthday, and her husband got us reservations at Club 33 in Disneyland. Most expensive dinner I've had to date.
